Dalek Reality Show: "Survivor: Exterminate Island"
The scene opens on a deserted tropical island. A giant banner reading “SURVIVOR: EXTERMINATE ISLAND” flutters in the breeze, emblazoned with the faces of Daleks. The camera pans over the beach, where the Daleks stand in a row, each wearing slightly ridiculous survival gear. Dalek Barry, Dalek Susan, Dalek Greg, and Dalek Kevin are the main contestants.
Narrator (in an overly dramatic voice): “In a world where survival means more than just being alive… these Daleks must fight for their spot in the most hostile environment they’ve ever encountered: a human-style reality show. With limited resources, strategic alliances, and, of course, extermination on the line, who will rise to the top, and who will be… wiped out?”
Episode 1: The First Challenge – Sandcastle of Doom
The Daleks are lined up on the beach, facing off against each other. Their first challenge: build the most impressive sandcastle. The winner gets a stash of “delicious” space rations, the losers get a bucket of sea water dumped on them.
Dr. Thompson: “Alright, Daleks. The rules are simple: You must construct a sandcastle, and the one with the most impressive structure will win. You may use any tools at your disposal, but—no exterminating each other. Understood?”
Dalek Barry: “I WILL EXTERMINATE THIS SAND. IT IS A FOOLISH CREATION.”
Dalek Kevin: “SAND IS USELESS. I WILL TURN IT INTO A SCORCHED EARTH.”
Dalek Susan: (rolling her eye stalk dramatically) “I WILL BUILD A SANDBANK… FOR THE DALEK EMPIRE.”
Dalek Greg: (off to the side with a bucket and spade, muttering to himself) “MAYBE IF I EXTERMINATE THE SAND, IT WILL BECOME LESS… UNUSABLE.”
The clock starts, and chaos ensues. Dalek Barry begins attempting to “exterminate” the sand, but all it does is create an impressive crater. Dalek Kevin heats the sand using his lasers, creating molten glass and making his own sandcastle from a dangerous blob of obsidian. Dalek Greg, lost in his obsessive need for order, begins re-organising the sand into perfect piles of nothing. Dalek Susan, however, remains cool-headed and builds an actual sandcastle, but with large, imposing towers that look like mini Dalek fortresses.
Dr. Thompson: “Alright! Time’s up! Now for the big reveal.”
Dr. Thompson walks over to the creations, looking impressed by Dalek Susan’s carefully sculpted structure, which has a moat and tiny Dalek statues along the edges.
Dr. Thompson: “Well, I must say, Dalek Susan, you’ve created the most impressive sandcastle. Congratulations, you win this challenge!”
Dalek Susan: “I WILL BURY MY ENEMIES IN THE SANDS OF TIME.”
Dalek Barry looks livid, Dalek Kevin is busy turning his molten creation into an aggressive weapon, and Dalek Greg simply stares at the sand in confusion.
Episode 2: The Trust Challenge – The Bridge of Destruction
In this challenge, the Daleks must work together to cross a rickety bridge suspended over a pit of lava. But there’s a catch: they must carry one of their own across to the other side. Only one Dalek can cross at a time, and the others must trust each other to keep the bridge steady.
Dr. Thompson: “Alright, Daleks, time for your next challenge. Trust is key in this game. You must carry one of your own across this rickety bridge. Only one Dalek at a time. Will you work together, or will your primal instincts take over?”
Dalek Barry: (gritting his teeth) “I WILL EXTERMINATE THE BRIDGE. IT IS A WEAK STRUCTURE.”
Dalek Greg: “I WILL EXTERMINATE ALL OF YOU AFTER WE CROSS THIS BRIDGE. ONE WAY OR ANOTHER.”
*Dalek Susan steps forward, clearly ready to take on the challenge. Dalek Kevin follows, but instead of crossing, he starts setting up a perimeter around the bridge with his weapon, “in case anyone tries to sabotage the mission.”
Dalek Susan: “I WILL CROSS THIS BRIDGE. YOU WILL WATCH AND LEARN.”
Dalek Susan steps carefully onto the bridge, which creaks ominously under her weight. As she crosses, Dalek Barry and Dalek Greg eye each other suspiciously, both silently hoping the other will fall off the bridge first.
Suddenly, Dalek Kevin fires a blast at the bridge, causing it to shake violently. Dalek Susan barely makes it to the other side before a massive section of the bridge breaks away.
Dalek Kevin: “I WANTED TO TEST THE STRENGTH OF THE BRIDGE. ALL HAIL THE DALEK EMPIRE!”
Dr. Thompson: (facepalming) “This isn’t how trust works, Kevin.”
Episode 3: The Elimination Ceremony – “EXTERMINATE THE WEAK!”
At the elimination ceremony, the Daleks are gathered around a flickering holographic screen. Dr. Thompson solemnly holds up a strange, glowing device to announce who will be sent home.
Dr. Thompson: “Daleks, you’ve all competed fiercely, but now it’s time for one of you to be EXTERMINATED. Dalek Barry, Dalek Greg, Dalek Kevin, Dalek Susan… it’s time to decide.”
The Daleks eye each other coldly. Dalek Barry looks like he’s about to explode with rage. Dalek Kevin is already scanning the holographic screen for weaknesses. Dalek Greg is whispering to himself about 'calibrating the extermination protocol.'
Dr. Thompson: “Dalek Kevin, you’re the weakest link. Your constant sabotage and inability to function as part of a team have made you a liability. You are EXTERMINATED.”
The cameras zoom in on Dalek Kevin, who begins to sputter and flare up in rage.
Dalek Kevin: “YOU CANNOT EXTERMINATE ME! I WILL EXTERMINATE YOU ALL!”
Dalek Kevin’s weapon explodes in a fiery blast, but it only hits the cooking station. The others Daleks cheer for a brief moment, until they realise they’ll now be eating burnt space rations.
Dalek Barry: “YES! THE EXTERMINATION WAS SUCCESSFUL. NOW WE WILL EAT OUR MEAL.”
Dr. Thompson: “Well, that was a disaster, but at least it was… entertaining?”
